Industrial machinery excellence is a prerogative of many Italian organisations and we will have the chance to admire a number of outstanding examples at Print4All: products that combine Made in Italy quality, renowned for its creativity the world over, and the attention to detail and specifics, typical of artisan craftsmanship.
Made in Italy, in the most comprehensive and creative sense of the term, craftsmanship intended as versatility and efficiency, and customer care, represent the characteristics that have seen Italian manufacturing excellence recognised worldwide, whilst also being the values that have been guiding Vega srl, a company that specialises in the production of machinery for paper converting in the most varied of commercial applications, since 1947.
This year, the Lombard company will be presenting the VEGA AQUILA 62-82-102, a new arrival amidst its collection of folding and gluing machinery. This Italian-designed entry-level modular model is ideal for those who are just starting out in the gluing industry, as well as for those who wish to consolidate their position on the market.
The basic version ensures versatility and ease of use for standard processing, leaving open the possibility of future completion with modules and accessories intended to expand the production range.
The VEGA AQUILA 62-82-102, when fully equipped, has been designed to satisfy the expectations of the most exacting customers in terms of both the variety of workable products and their production and quality.
The standard machine processes linear cases, boxes with crashlock automatic and testliner double-wall bases from 180 g/m² to 800 g/m² and E-N-F corrugated flute. Additional accessories complete the outfit: 4/6 glued corners, conical and hexagonal boxes, CD bags etc. Additional modules increase versatility: MBA rectifier, Braille module and lengthening module.
Thanks to the long-standing collaboration with German companies KOHMANN and STOCK, Print4All visitors will be able to view the F 1000 - Classic Window Patcher for the very first time in Italy at the Vega Group stand. The machine is able to create windows on boxes from 200 to 2,000 g/m² and corrugated board boxes up to 6 mm in width, whilst also realising intermittent or continuous perforations and cuts and internal tubular linings. Moreover, the new modular machine that can laminate from sheet to sheet, from reel to sheet and in-line with converter, will also be on display at the trade show. It will be possible to see the High Tech core of this new STOCK SLOTF 134R6N/1650 automatic laminating machine with high-speed front and side electronic registers (up to 10,000 sheets per hour), for high-precision +/- 1 mm lamination.
