Made in Italy looks to the future

26 032018

Italy is renowned for its outstanding industrial machinery and Print4All will provide the perfect showcase with numerous examples, including the XJet, the line of hybrid integrated flexo+digital printers that will be presented by OMET during the event and that promises flexibility, savings and a vast range of applications.

Today, sector professionals are showing special interest in hybrid technologies, with Print4All providing the possibility to get up close and personal with a number of examples, thereby enabling the visitors to understand their features and study their potential. For example, we have the new OMET XJet, which will be making its debut at the fair before an audience of sector operators. Fruit of an advantageous collaboration between OMET and Durst, the XJet is a hybrid printing machine with in-line integration of the Durst Tau RSC digital printing unit, with flexo units and OMET X6 converting modules; it offers unlimited flexibility, a vast range of end applications and substantial financial savings, thanks to the in-line multi-process configuration.

The machine ensures reliability and results for all types of print runs with the advantage of obtaining the end product in just one step, whilst also being suitable for use in the most varied of applications: from self-adhesive and sleeve to IML and aluminium labels etc.

The OMET XJet also combines the advantages of traditional flexo printing and digital printing by providing the necessary flexibility to be able to meet all market requirements, such as the personalisation of the printed article, a reduction in terms of delivery times and an added-value end product.
