Print4All knows only too well just how important it is to know your sector of reference, its requirements and potential, so as to be able to best guide and advise the customer, as well as the companies taking part at the event.  Amongst others, we have the Heidelberg proposal, the German company that aims to provide the customer with added value: an integrated and complete offer with a range of solutions that embrace the entire production chain.

For companies, being able to offer customers a complete and integrated proposal that covers diverse aspects of the process, from pre-printing to printing, from bindery to applications, and from spare parts to assistance, means creating value. This is the Heidelberg vision, one of the companies that will be taking part at Print4All and that will be presenting solutions that embrace the full range of printing technologies, including flexo (for the labelling sector) and digital.

Heidelberg is well aware of the extraordinary transformations and challenges that the sector is facing. To support graphics companies in the management of these changes, various solutions subdivided into two macro-areas will be presented: on the one hand, we have those intended for printing process automation, independent of the technology used; on the other hand, we have those that enable printers to operate in the real world and on the internet. A philosophy encompassed in slogan ‘Simply Smart’, which for Heidelberg is embodied in Prinect (a combination of Print and Connect), a vast family of software that ranges from production and management to web2print and internet connections.

New technologies with offset, digital and flexo proposals are the focus of the company's offering. There will of course also be innovation in terms of systems and equipment, which has always been the main attraction for sector operators. Special attention will be dedicated to the post-printing phase, both functionally and in terms of the enhancement of the printed article. Following the recent acquisition of the Fujifilm varnish, solvent and additive factories in Europe, Heidelberg has not only become a distributor but also a manufacturer of a vast range of products for the printing room: brand Saphira, which markets these products, will take centre stage in the area dedicated to consumer products, including offset and flexo plates, inks, rubberised fabrics and webs. There will also be a focus on Technical Assistance, using particularly innovative maintenance methodologies, such as remote prediction.
