Future Factory 2021: see you in September
image
Everything is ready for the second edition of Future Factory, the event organised by ACIMGA in the run-up to Print4All 2022 and aimed at the entire printing chain. This year’s theme, anticipated by last month’s preview, is “The future at human service". The event will be held in September, in presence and in Live streaming.

On April 14, was held the preview of Future Factory 2021, the event organised by ACIMGA as part of the run-up towards Print4All 2022 and aimed at the entire printing supply chain.

A live stream which anticipated the themes and speakers of the event, whose theme will be “The future at human service” and that will be held, this time in presence, next September.

In a moment of great ferment and desire for recovery within the world of printing, Future Factory will bring together the entire printing, converting and packaging supply chain, providing an innovative opportunity for dialogue on constantly evolving industrial scenarios.

During the preview, thanks to video clips from some of the speakers and to the contributions of Andrea Briganti, Director of ACIMGA and Federazione Carta e Grafica, and Matteo Bordone, the journalist who will moderate the event, it was possible to anticipate what will be at the centre of debate in September. Nowadays, the sector’s business models are shifting towards human-centric perspectives, where service becomes a key component in the sale of a product, which is being increasingly delivered in association with a high level of personalisation. In short, what’s being sold is always more a relational context, which fills technological content with new meanings and new expectations.

This human centricity extends to every level, and spreads throughout the production chain, from production to the end consumer, who obtains a service with high added value. The entire supply chain is therefore at the centre of change and it is exactly from an integrated vision that Future Factory moves to intercept the dynamics of this evolution underway.

In September, moderated by journalist Matteo Bordone, this context will be discussed by Bertrand Badré, CEO and Founder at Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital; Elisabetta Bottazzoli, Sustainability and Circular Economy Manager; Andrea Briganti, Director of ACIMGA and Federazione Carta e Grafica; Paola Mariani, Associate Professor of International Law at Bocconi University in Milan and Lawyer; Ivana Pais, Associate Professor in Economic Sociology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore; Paolo Pizzocaro, Exhibition Director of Print4All at Fiera Milano; Alec Ross, Distinguished Visiting Professor at Bologna Business School.

Scenarios and visions will be discussed, with a focus on sustainability, digitalisation, the central role of human resources and servitization, but there will also be concrete contributions from the industry and successful case histories to discover the strategies of those who have managed to transform the current moment from crisis to opportunity.

Future Factory, being the main stage in the roadmap towards Print4All 2022, will focus on company organisation, production, economic and organisational context, which will all be central themes also in the next edition of the event, that will present a format designed to go beyond technology and business, enhancing the community and giving space to its evolution.
